Muy buenas noches espero estos comentarios llegue al dueño del hotel, ya que mi queja es por el servicio de la señorita que atiende en recepción su pésimo servicio y la actitud que se toma como dueña y señora del hotel, le pides las cosas por favor y ella en su papel, agradecería tomara cartas al asunto. Ya que concurro cuando vengo de visita al hotel y no solo un día. Gracias.
